Ken Healy – Head of Transaction Structuring

Ken has responsibility for the legal and taxation structuring of Sorrento group transactions.

Ken has significant experience in mergers & acquisitions and property transactions, having worked as a taxation consultant for fifteen years. His experience encompasses international taxation including tax arbitrage transactions for multinational companies across multiple jurisdictions. Ken joined Sorrento’s structuring team in 2006 from Purcell McQuillan Tax Partners - a ‘boutique’ tax practice in Dublin, having previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Ken holds a law degree from University College Dublin, a Masters Degree from University of Manchester and is an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
