Conrad Vlak

Conrad joined Sorrento USA from CIT Group, Inc. At CIT he ran the real estate structured finance group which provided structured debt and equity capital solutions for the acquisition, transition and development of real estate and related assets.

Prior to joining CIT, Conrad was responsible for sourcing and executing debt and equity investments in real estate assets as well as in the debt and equity securities of public and private companies with significant real estate exposure for Carl Icahn. Previously, Conrad worked for Rothschild Realty, Inc., the real estate principal investment and advisory subsidiary of the Rothschild Group, and for Merrill Lynch in the real estate investment banking group.

Conrad received a BA from Princeton University and received an MBA and an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University. He holds a Series 7, 63 and 24 license registration.
