This development is located on St John Street, Clerkenwell in London within walking distance to Farrington Street and Barbican Tube Stations (Circle Line). The PostBox, is an apartment scheme built adjacent to Birmingham's Mailbox shopping arcade. The Mailbox is a landmark building in Birmingham city centre. Since opening in December 2000, it has fast become a key attraction alongside the city's existing tourism and visitor destinations housing the UK’s largest Malmaison Hotel and Express Hotel Days Inn. O Pomar, Portugal – Closed
Sorrento, as agents to the Newlyn Group have secured the pre – launch of 47 residential units within phase one, of a new development known as O Pomar (which were available to our clients prior to the developer’s launch in January 2006). O Pomar is a new residential development situated in Eastern Algarve in the Portuguese fishing village of Cabanas close to the historic town of Tavira. Irish developers, The Newlyn Group, have a long and successful association with the Algarve and are behind the development of this beautiful site which was once an orchard of almonds, olives, oranges, lemons trees. The development comprises of 220 units, and will be constructed in three phases over a three year period.

Centria, Rockefeller Plaza, New York – Closed
Sorrento was granted options to purchase apartments in Centria at Rockefeller Plaza, 48th Street, New York. The apartment block was completed in the Summer 2007. All of Sorrento’s clients completed with the benefit of a lease agreement with BridgeStreet Worldwide.

One of the main attractions of the building is its location in the central business district of Midtown Manhattan, a few blocks from Central Park and many other cultural attractions. This development is the first building to be built at Rockefeller Plaza since the 1930s and is positioned opposite 1 Rockefeller Centre.

PostBox Birmingham – Completed Q4 2006
The PostBox, Birmingham offered investors an opportunity to purchase newly developed apartments adjoining the redeveloped canal area (Mailbox), close to the renowned Bull Ring, (main city centre shopping area) and 5 minutes walk from New Street Railway Station.

The apartments were a mix of 1 and 2 bed units fully furnished and came with the benefit of a 5 year lease agreement to BridgeStreet Worldwide.

Sorrento structured an investment team to take advantage of the capital allowances available through the acquisition of the Marlay Nursing Home, a newly developed nursing home comprising 124 beds located just off the M50 close to Marley Park.

Sorrento structured an investment opportunity for investors seeking residential property, with long term income. The Forum in Sandyford comprised 57 fully furnished apartments (mix of 1/2/3 bed), which have been let the Prem Group for a 10 year period. This transaction completed in Q3 2006.
